We had the privilege of working for 2.5 years with our Client's architect and design team and various specialist trades, on a new build project spanning over 10,000 sq feet on the renowned Wentworth estate.
Our responsibilities included providing full interior architecture services, specifying and selecting finishes such as flooring, ironmongery, plaster cornice, skirting, and architrave. We also designed all seven bathrooms, including bespoke vanities, and meticulously selected all brassware, sanitaryware, and tiles.
Our team additionally designed and installed numerous areas of bespoke joinery, selected floor finishes, internal doors, ironmongery, and provided a full detail specification to ensure the project was executed perfectly.
The Grand Entrance Hall boasts an impressive display of three stunning chandeliers, one featuring a height of 5.5 meters and a total of 10,000 crystals. To support the significant weight of the 250kg light fixture, we worked closely with the client's architect and structural engineer to ensure meticulous planning and execution.
Our team collaborated diligently with all parties to create a truly unique and awe-inspiring home. We completed a comprehensive FF&E design and procurement process to complement the interior architecture specifications. Our highly skilled designers and installers worked diligently to create an opulent space that fulfilled our client’s requirements.
We designed a range of loose upholstered furniture items, including sofas, armchairs, headboards, television ottomans, dining chairs, and bar stools. We also procured additional furniture from reputable local and European suppliers and engaged a fully insured storage and installation company to install all the furniture over four days.
As part of our comprehensive interior architecture specification project, we meticulously curated a selection of high-end wall finishes, including luxurious wallpapers from globally renowned design houses. The final result shows our attention to detail and commitment to meeting our client’s specifications.
